    Compatible Hose for Oreck Buster B XL Vacuum Cleaner Older Version W/ Twist Style Locking. This is the type thats slides in and twist and then locks.

    Non swivel handle and uses 1-1/4" friction fit attachments. The hose is approximately 3' in length.
    Will not fit the twist and lock style machines. This is the style of hose that you slide into the hole of the machine, twist and then it locks into place.
    Oreck calls is SHURLOK.
    Some models came with friction fit hoses and some came with twist and lock. So, you have to look at the hole where the hose slides in. If it is completely smooth then it is friction fit hose that you need and if there is a very small tab sticking up inside the hole then it is the twist n lock style hose you need. Only 2 styles hoses are made for all buster b models. This is the easiest way to check for compatibility.
